TCOM Men's Ministry

As TCOM Men, we seek God first. We’re here to help you discover your strengths as a husband, son, brother, father, businessman, or leader. We recognize that every man has an innate desire to be part of something bigger than himself, develop lasting friendships, and grow closer to the Lord. That’s why we have serving opportunities and more! 

We want to empower you to impact your workplace, communities—and most importantly—your families for the kingdom of God. Whether you’re a college student, a new husband, a single parent, or enjoying the prime of your life, there’s a place for you.

Our Men’s Ministry is about brotherhood, growth, and service. Our Men's Ministry meets on the second Saturday of each month for a hearty breakfast, fellowship, and encouragement—and the invitation is open to all in our church. After breakfast, we put our faith into action by heading into our community to serve those around us.

Whether it's mowing the yards of unsuspecting neighbors and shut-ins who are unable to do the work themselves, handing out cold water and popsicles to families during the summer while offering prayer and encouragement, or gathering at every school in our county to pray over students, teachers, and staff before the new school year, our desire is to be the hands and feet of Jesus in practical ways.

In addition to our monthly outreach, we host quarterly men's events focused on the real challenges men face. These gatherings provide biblical teaching, honest conversations, accountability, and encouragement to help men grow as husbands, fathers, leaders, and followers of Christ.

Our goal is simple: to build strong, godly men who love Jesus, serve others, and make a lasting impact in their homes, church, and community.

Together, we seek to live out our faith in practical ways—helping in the community, serving the elderly, mowing yards, and using our hands for small carpentry or repair projects. Every man has a place here, and every man can make a difference.

SHARP Men's Event

"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." – Proverbs 27:17

SHARP is our quarterly men's gathering designed to strengthen, challenge, and equip men to become the leaders God has called them to be. More than just an event, SHARP is an event of brotherhood, worship, biblical truth, and life transformation.

Each SHARP event begins with an upscale dinner or lunch where men can relax, build friendships, and enjoy genuine fellowship. From there, we enter into a powerful time of worship led entirely by men, creating an atmosphere where hearts are prepared to hear from God.

The event concludes with practical, Bible-centered teaching followed by a personal challenge and opportunity to respond to what God is doing. Every message is designed to address real-life issues men face and to encourage authentic spiritual growth.

Topics throughout the year include:

• Are You Washed in the Blood? – Understanding salvation and living with confidence in Christ.
• The Chain That Just Won't Break – Finding freedom from addictive behaviors through the power of Jesus.
• Surviving Success – Avoiding the dangers of pride and remaining humble before God.
• Failing Forward – Learning how God uses our failures to mature and strengthen us.
• Relationships – Discovering God's design for healthy relationships by asking:
  • What does God want from me?
  • What does my wife need from me?
  • What do I need from her?
  • What do my children and others need from me?
• Health – Pursuing spiritual, mental, and physical health as faithful stewards of God's gifts.
• Money Matters – Honoring God through biblical financial wisdom and stewardship.
• I've Got Time to Kill – Confronting the dangers of wasted time and living with eternal purpose.
• The Real Enemy – Recognizing spiritual warfare and standing firm in Christ.
• Choosing to Heal – Finding freedom from past wounds through forgiveness and restoration.
• Everybody Else Is Doing It! – Living courageously as a counter-cultural follower of Christ.
• I Don't Need to Impress Anyone! – Finding identity, confidence, and security in Christ alone.

Our mission is simple: to sharpen one another through God's Word, strengthen one another through authentic brotherhood, and send men back into their homes, workplaces, church, and community as godly leaders who make a lasting impact for Christ.
