TCOM NEXTGEN YOUTHMission Statement:Our mission is to empower the next generation to be a light in a dark world by cultivating a deep, personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. We strive to create a welcoming and authentic community where students can grow in faith, encourage one another, and be sharpened through genuine fellowship, Biblical truth, and Spirit-led discipleship in a Christian environment. Together, we seek to live boldly, love radically, and lead faithfully—reflecting Christ in everything we do.
Youth! It's a party every Wednesday night @ 6:30pm!
7th-12th graders join us for an evening that includes worship, groups, and a message.
Our goal is to serve, equip, and empower the next generation. We gather weekly at 6:30pm on Wednesday Nights. Each week we plan our Wednesday night experience with the next generation in mind- messages that teenagers can relate to, engaging worship, and authentic community. We can’t promise that everything will be perfect, but we do promise we will do our best to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for all teenagers. Who says church has to be boring?
In addition to Wednesday nights,throughout the year we host monthly outings and activities that encourage fellowship and connection. Students also attend a youth ministry conference once a year, where they experience powerful worship, teaching, and spiritual growth. Our goal is to help young people grow into confident followers of Jesus. 🙌✝️
Colby & Tiffany Dyess - Student Pastors
Colby and Tiffany Dyess have a deep heart for young people and a passion for helping them grow in their faith. Tiffany has served 12 years as a high school teacher, investing in students and helping shape the next generation. Colby is known as a hard-working and faithful provider, having dedicated many years to his career while also investing in the lives of young people.
Together, they are passionate about helping youth discover their identity in Christ in a culture that is driven by image and social media. Their desire is to guide students to reject the pressure of the world, stand firm in their faith, and grow into who God created them to be.
They are committed to teaching God’s Word, encouraging authentic worship, and helping youth connect with Christ and with one another in a world that often encourages disconnection. Colby and Tiffany are driven to see real change in the lives of young people and to help them grow into strong followers of Jesus.
